Details
Set in the historic Hosmer Building – a 1911 Italian Renaissance library turned creative hub – this multimedia program explores the art of storytelling through sound. Bassoonist Conrad Cornelison leads the performance alongside oboist Alex Kinmonth, Flutist Amanda Blaikie, and clarinetist Jack Walters.
Built in 1910, originally named the Hosmer Branch Library, a branch of the Detroit Public Library, this building opened early in January of 1911, only a few years before WWI began. Over 112 years later, it has become the home to Macro Connect, an IT Managed Services company, with 30 employees. Learn more about the history of the Hosmer Building at:
