Internship Program
Just as we invest in the future of music through students and young artists, DCWS believes in the importance of investing in young arts administrators. Directed by young members on our staff, DCWS offers annual internship opportunities that challenge college students to learn new skills, build their resume and gain invaluable first-hand experience in running an arts organization. Our interns become part of the team and are empowered through activities that benefit their short-term and long-term aspirations.
